Harrington Acquires AllGuard Insurance!

Effective May 1^st  2009, the AllGuard Insurance Agency will combine with the Harrington Insurance Agency to operate as one entity!

This change will create a stronger organization by combining the local service capabilities of Harrington's seven offices with AllGuard's large sales force. The new entity will have a sales and service presence located strategically throughout Central New England. 

With this merger, AllGuard customers will have additional product offerings available to them through the additional insurance carrier relationships of Harrington. AllGuard will also extend some additional service features to its customers through this transition, such as on-site inspections and 24/7 web access.

Operating as an office of Harrington Insurance Agency, Inc., the AllGuard brand name will continue to be used for customer recognition purposes. We expect this transition to further raise the excellent level of services that customers already enjoy from doing business with a local insurance agent. Local people helping local people...now that makes sense!
