First, I will admit that I am a challenging woman on my best day. Second, I have been in sales for more than 20 years and have little room for game-play and run around that are often the result of a cold call prompted by web-activity. David originally contacted us on a telephone number I never give out to someone I actually want to do business with. My daughter took the message and because the caller ID left information I could track back I called and asked him to call me back on Saturday, and surprisingly he did. I answered the call with my guard up and mind set on not offering information to what I was paying and he was respectful of that. He was straight forward and clearly knew what he was talking about - and represented a reputable company that he knew a great deal about and clearly was proud to represent.
If I had a rep in the field who had the ability to establish rapport, really LISTEN to my prospects and customers and was transparent with regard to honest pricing and practices AND willing to go on site to conduct business face-face and shake a hand I would like to know about it - which is why I am writing to you today.
David worked around my crazy work schedule and arrived at our home on time and prepared. Because of the level of professionalism exhibited by David in addition to rolling over my automobile insurance I also added renters insurance. In a few months when we add another vehicle and add my new teenage driving daughter to the policy AND a few months after that when we need homeowners insurance we will be calling on David to meet our insurance needs.
As you know people buy for different reasons. For me it is customer service and overall cost/benefit. Not only am I saving about $38.00 per month with additional coverage, but even more importantly I feel like I have someone just a call away - and that is invaluable to me. Not only will I continue to do business with David but intend to share his contact information with friends and family AND have sang his praises on my social networks as well.
In closing I hope that you find this information and feedback helpful. I have used David's performance and commitment as an example with my own sales team - if anyone on my team were to rise to this level they would not only be recognized but rewarded with a little something extra. Good people are hard to find - great people that make you feel like your buying insurance from the guy who could live next door are invaluable."

Left my local agent of 10+ years a few years ago due to non-responsiveness shopping rate quotes for my annual home/car policy renewals and have been with Lucille through two storms with extended power losses (food spoilage claims) and now renewing my car registration and the registry won't recognize Preferred Mutual's active policy.
